An auto immune situation knocked me off my feet so 3 years on I am providing my own therapy with the help of BAWballz. Mother of teen & fur baby, wife of one and thats enough! Made redundant from a career of many years investment-time/energy so needing to find my raison d’etre, 2 Balls, as a game to play at home is helping me so I hope it helps others. I live in a relatively small space in central London so know how to best use what is available to keep fit, sane & generally entertain the whole family 4 legs as well as 2! Thats not all but more later… gotta keep the ballz in the air! Staying positive, mind strong is the name of the game.
